The seller shipped priority mail from a location about 100 miles away. I ordered custom made wedding bands that took about a month to make from a small online retailer.

Yes a similar thing happened to me just recently with a very important and semi-irreplaceable/time sensitive package. Is there anything more I can do? Or are they just going to continue to probably not search for it? Anyone else have experience with this? I wish UPS had just fulfilled it because I never have issues with them like I do USPS. It was originally handled by UPS but USPS took it over for some reason which led to some confusion on my end trying to figure out who to contact about it. It’s not a huge deal because what I ordered is technically replaceable, but what if it wasn’t?

I just feel like they didn’t even come look for it. They got back to me early this morning saying they couldn’t find it and essentially gave up. Finally yesterday evening (2/22/22) I filed a missing mail search with USPS. I waited a few days because I know USPS sometimes scans in stuff without delivering it. I checked inside, outside, everywhere and could not find it. I live in an apartment complex with multiple buildings and mailboxes inside each building. I work from home so as soon as I got the notification it had been delivered I checked. I was told a package I had ordered from Mercari was delivered around 4 PM on 2/17/22.
